Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, equity and inclusion is top of mind for us at PeopleScout, and we make it a point to not only fill our organization with diverse voices, but to amplify, empower and make those voices heard.

For example, in an effort to uplift women in the workplace, we share the stories of our rising women leaders and our senior-level executives on a regular basis through our Women in Leadership profiles. We highlight these women on our global website, on social media, and via internal channels to show we practice what we preach when it comes to gender diversity and representation.

In addition, PeopleScout and the broader TrueBlue organization provide opportunities for employees to build connection based on shared characteristics, interests or life experiences through Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs. PeopleScout employees can engage with one another and contribute to broader goals in the following ERGs: African American Resource Connection (AARC), Asian Collective of Employees (ACE), Be Proud (People Recognizing Our Unique Differences), Hispanic Opportunity and Latinx Awareness (HOLA), Veteran Employee Talent Society (VETS) and Women Empowered+ (WE+).
